We ship exclusively from our operational base in Karachi, Pakistan, using trusted domestic courier partners.

  • Order Fulfillment: All orders are processed and shipped within the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. We currently do not offer international shipping.

  • Tracking: Tracking information will be sent to you via email and/or SMS once your order has been dispatched from our facility.

  • Address Accuracy: The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Scented Flames is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address details.

  • Customs/Taxes: As all shipping is domestic within Pakistan, there are no customs duties. Prices paid include applicable Sales Tax (GST).


Exchange Window

Exchange requests must be initiated within the 30-day return policy period, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

 

Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the same, unused condition that you received it (specifically, unlit, unburned, and unused).

  • It must be in its original packaging, with all original tags (if applicable).

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Availability: All exchanges are subject to the availability of the desired replacement product.

 

How to Initiate an Exchange

The fastest and most efficient way to ensure you receive the desired item is to follow this process:

  1. Return First: Initiate a return for the item you currently have by contacting us at contact@thescentedflames.com within the 30-day window.

  2. Separate Purchase: Once your return is accepted and processed for a refund, make a separate purchase for the new item you wish to receive. This ensures the new item is reserved and shipped without delay.

 

Exchange Shipping Costs

  • Scented Flames Covers Cost: If the original product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost and the shipping cost for the replacement item.

  • Customer Covers Cost: For exchanges due to reasons other than product fault (e.g., change of mind, desire for a different scent or size), the customer is responsible for both the return shipping cost and the shipping cost for the new replacement item.

 

Non-Exchangeable Items

Items deemed non-returnable in our main Return Policy are also not eligible for exchange. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Used or Lit Candles.

  • Custom/Personalized Orders.

  • Sale Items or Gift Cards.
